Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Caringbah, New South Wales. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.  

  •   Standard Delivery: $10.00 Flat Rate*.
  •   Express Delivery: $20.00 Flat Rate*. (Some regional areas may incur higher shipping charges)
  •   BULKY ITEMS MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE. Please see shipping options at the checkout.

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We are unable to ship to a PO Box due to our shipping partner requirements, so please ensure you provide a suitable address at checkout.

If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Estimated Delivery Times

Items will be sent within 1-2 days of your purchase. You will receive an email with your receipt of payment plus your tracking ID where you will be able to monitor your parcel.

We do our best to package your items to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post or any courier service, however, we endeavour to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that you may experience. 

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from Caringbah NSW 2229. This is available by appointment only, please email orders@carabellaatelier.com.au to organise a pickup time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer shipping outside Australia.

Returns Policy

We have taken the time to select quality brands and products. We know that you will LOVE them!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days or purchase) by emailing us at returns@carabellaatelier.com.au 

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.
